Miriam Sanguineti spent the last decade exploring different Yoga styles as a student, enjoying her Yoga path through her trips around the world.
In 2019 she decided to deepen her practice and she obtained her 200hours diploma with the Canadian teacher Jesse Barlow.
Since then, she is teaching classes and retreats around the world, in particular in Italy, Sri Lanka, Canary Island, Nepal.
Her classes are a mix of very energetic flows of Vinyasa and slow paced rhythm moments with Asanas held for longer and Ashtanga influences.
She loves Vinyasa, correct alignment and gelato. in 2019 she completed an intensive course of Thai Massage at B-Yoga Studio in Basel, Switzerland which gives her the chance to correct posture and alignment while teaching.
