3 days spent immersed in the magic of the Sri Lankan jungle, practising Yoga, Cacao Ceremony and Healing Workshops.
This Retreat is a combination of Yoga and Healing Workshop open to everyone who wants to deepen its Yoga practise and explore Meditation in a safe and beautiful space.
For this retreat we will explore the energy of the Yin/Yang and we will have the possibility to experience Cacao Ceremony, Ecstatic Dance and many more energy healing treatments.

Located inland, 15min from Galle, the Tea House is surrounded by tea plantations, cinnamon, jackfruit, avocados, herbs and much are grown here. The villa also features outdoor jungle showers and an infinity pool overlooking the jungle to further relax and restore.
The Yoga Studio is made with coconut wood, natural palm leaves and hardwood floor boards, creating an organic feel that can accommodate up to 15 participants. The Shala, surrounded by the jungle, is equipped with mats, blocks, and straps.

ABOUT THE TEACHERS
Founder Prender el Alma. Transpersonal Clinical Psychologist. Certified Cacao Ceremony Facilitator in Tulum, Mexico. Initiated in the Shamanic Medicine Wheel. In ancestrology training. Manager of Uterus Healing Ceremonies. Manager of more than 16 Women’s Retreats on the beaches of Chile and in the Atacama Desert.
She has worked with more than 300 women in the last year, giving her all the care, wisdom and knowledge, and approaching nature in presence and love. @prenderelalma @giovibiondo
Miriam Sanguineti spent the last decade exploring different Yoga styles as a student, enjoying her Yoga path through her trips around the world.
In 2019 she obtained her 200hours diploma with the Canadian teacher Jesse Barlow.
Since then, she is teaching classes and retreats around the world, in particular in Italy, Sri Lanka, Canary Island, Nepal.
Her classes are a mix of very energetic flows of Vinyasa and slow paced rhythm moments with Asanas held for longer and Ashtanga influences.
in 2019 she completed an intensive course of Thai Massage at B-Yoga Studio in Basel, Switzerland which gives her the chance to correct postures and alignment while teaching.
